2 Peter: Roadmap to Maturity 2

1.        Read 2 Peter 1:3-11. What encouraged or blessed you the most from this week’s message?  

2.        Where does the power to live a Godly life come from? How have you attempted to live for the Lord under your own strength and failed? How do we recognize when we are operating on God’s strength or our own?  

3.        What did Matt mean when he said growing is going? How have you been guilty of coasting in your faith? What does it look like for you to take a step of faith and go?  

4.        What are the virtues of a well-rounded follower of Jesus? Which of these virtues do you struggle with the most? Why? How can you intentionally add these virtues to your faith?  

5.        Matt said success is measured in faithfulness. Read Matthew 25:14-30. How does this parable speak to faithfulness? What is something in your faith walk that Jesus is nudging you to be faithful in?  

6.        Finally, how does maturity strengthen your faith according to 2 Peter 1:10-11?
