Rethinking Evangelism: Who Are They?

1.        When you hear the word evangelism, what does that do to you? Why is this such a scary thought for people?  

2.        Read John 4:1-15. How was Jesus’s way of talking to her compelling? How did she respond at first?  

3.        Read John 4:16-19. How did this moment change the way she viewed Jesus? How has the Holy Spirit spoken to you while you are ministering to someone?  

4.        Read John 4:20-29. What did she leave behind? Why was this significant? How does this conversion change an entire village?  

5.        What are the four ones of evangelism that Matt encouraged us to remember? Talk about each one as you list them.
