Which of the first four truths about you that Matt talked about in
the introduction do you struggle believing? Why?

Read Judges 6:1-15. What were the lies Gideon believed about God?
What were the lies Gideon believed about himself? What are some lies you have
struggled with?  

3.   
How does God respond to Gideon’s objections? Has anything similar
happened in your life? God calling you into something that you didn’t think you
could do? 

4.     What is something that makes you unique? How has God used that to show you His purpose for your life? (You may have never thought about this. Take time to pray about this and seek the Lord.) Ask your group what unique qualities they see in you.
